Terms & Conditions

1. All the fares and charges are in terms of Indian Rupees. Applicable charges may be charged on bill.

2. Reservations are confirmed on 'first paid first basis', and rooms will not be blocked until 25% deposit or Voucher is received.

3. Payments by credit / debit card or electronic bank transfer/cheque deposit to our Indian INR account.

4. Balance payment required 30 days prior to arrival.

5. Prices are in Indian Rupees inclusive of breakfast. 7.42% Service Tax & 0.5% Luxury Tax will be added to accommodation charges.

6. Extra bed charged at additional 30% per person per night, including breakfast, >5 years old.

7. Accommodations are facilitated at the place owned and managed by Mayas Beach House.

8. The rooms are furnished with the standards and norms of Mayas Beach House.

9. The hired people are requested to reserve rooms for avoiding date conflicts if possible.

10. The day is counted for 24 hours time.

11. Standard rates on rooms are levied upon the tariff prevailing at Mayas Beach House.

12. The occupants are requested to take off their goods and materials while vacating the room, the management won't be responsible for any loss of materials after vacating the rooms.

13. Mayas Beach House will not entertain any liability for any failure by Mayas Beach House to comply with these Conditions where such failure is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

14. These Conditions are governed by the laws in force in India and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
